Annual Medication Safety Conference

The Maryland Patient Safety Center will hold a Virtual Medication Safety Conference aimed at addressing priority areas in medication safety, highlighting innovative ways to improve workflows to reduce medication errors and describe ways to optimize the use of your technology, including computerized clinical decision support, to prevent medication errors and adverse drug events.
